Many years ago I took a trip to China where I tried birdās nest soup which is made from hardened saliva of swiftlet birds.Ā I didnāt know what it was at the time, but it was actually good!

I brought home a freeze dried scorpion for my son as he thought it was the coolest thing he has ever seen!

My travel superpower is adaptability. Whether itās navigating a new culture, adjusting plans when the unexpected happens, or making most of the detours that happen along the way. Some of my best travel experiences have happened because of this!

Integrity is my leadership compass. I prioritize transparency even when itās difficult and I seek to do the right thing, even if it is hard. This creates lasting relationships and fosters trust.
Bucket list destination?
Okinawa, Japan is on my bucket list as itās one of the worldās most stunning Blue Zone islands where well being and connectedness are of the utmost priority.

A 100 year old egg in Hong Kong (the recipe is 100 years old).
